AlphaMagic is committed to delivering quality products to your satisfaction. Every effort is made to ensure that the pictures of our products shown are accurate representations of the actual items. However, we cannot guarantee that there will not be slight variations in color, design and size. Product measurements given are only approximate. The color of the products may also vary slightly from that observed in the pictures shown. Because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor´s display of any color will be accurate.

At AlphaMagic, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices every day, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at AlphaMagic will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our affiliate AlphaMagic stores, in some cases, AlphaMagic stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times.

In the event a AlphaMagic product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, AlphaMagic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AlphaMagic shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
